| Avatar is a fantasy that follows a paraplegic marine, Jake SuIly, who embarks on a mission to a moon called Pandora in exchange for spinaI surgery. It's here that he becomes mesmerized by the new world and essentialIy torn between the two settings. He now must decide if he's going to accomplish his originaI mission of mining for rare materials in the land or end up protecting Pandora after forming new relationships with the aliens, even falling in Iove with one of them.
